Return Window

Most new, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In new, unused, and resalable condition
  • Returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, cables, and components
  • Free from damage, misuse, signs of installation, or unauthorized modification
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect:

  • Downloadable digital products, including e-books, once accessed or downloaded
  • Opened software or products with activated license keys
  • Clearance, final-sale, or marked non-returnable items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

How to Start a Return

Email [customer.service@docklanetech.store] with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not send products back without return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

If we made an error or the product arrived damaged or defective, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs, expedited shipping charges, gift wrapping, customs duties, and other non-product service fees are generally non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For product exchanges based on preference, color, compatibility, or ordering the wrong item, please request a return and place a new order.

Compatibility

Customers are encouraged to review product specifications before ordering. Docklane Tech is not responsible for returns due to incompatibility when the correct product details were provided on the product page.
